Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. BY USING OR ENGAGING THE SERVICES OF NORTHWAY SOLUTIONS LLC, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Northway Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at:

This Agreement governs all services provided by the Company.
2. Description of Services
Northway Solutions LLC provides residential property organization, layout optimization, and maintenance advisory services, including:
- Space planning and organization
- Property layout optimization
- Organization and maintenance guidance
Services may be delivered in person or remotely, depending on your selected service.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- Services are advisory and organizational in nature
- We do not provide licensed contracting, plumbing, electrical, or structural services
3. Service Process
Our process is designed for clarity and client satisfaction:
- Consultation & Assessment — We evaluate your space, either in person or remotely, and define goals.
- Strategy & Proposal — A tailored plan with recommendations, timeline, and pricing is provided.
- Implementation & Guidance — We either help set up systems in your property or guide you remotely through step-by-step instructions.
- Review & Completion — Services are reviewed with you, and payment is due only after you approve completion.
By engaging our services, you agree to this process.
4. Estimates and Modifications
All proposals are based on initial assessments. We reserve the right to:
- Modify scope based on actual conditions
- Adjust pricing for additional work
No additional work will be performed without explicit client approval.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion and client approval of the agreed services, for both on-site and remote work.
- Failure to pay constitutes a material breach of this Agreement
- Late payments may incur fees to the extent permitted by law
For remote services, approval confirmation (written or electronic) serves as acknowledgment that services are complete.
6. Access and Site Conditions
The Client agrees to:
- Provide safe, timely, and unobstructed access to the property (if on-site)
- Disclose any hazards, including mold, pests, or unsafe structures
We are not liable for delays, damages, or incomplete services caused by:
- Denied or restricted access
- Unsafe or undisclosed conditions
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Securing valuables or fragile items
- Providing accurate information about the property
- Maintaining safe conditions for services
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Hidden defects
- Structural or environmental issues
Maximum liability: The total amount paid for services.
9. Damage Claims
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes a waiver of such claims.
10. Satisfaction and Completion
- Completion is based on the agreed scope of work
- Approval for payment signifies satisfaction
- Refusal to pay for completed services within scope is not permitted
11. Results Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee long-term results. Client is responsible for maintaining organization systems, which depend on personal habits and consistent use.
12. Health and Safety Disclaimer
We are not responsible for exposure to hazardous materials, mold, pests, or undisclosed unsafe conditions.
13. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Northway Solutions LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Breach of this Agreement
- Unsafe conditions at the property
- Misuse of services or guidance
14. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services at any time
- Update these Terms without prior notice
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
15. Termination
We may refuse or terminate services if:
- Conditions are unsafe
- The Client engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct
- The Client fails to comply with these Terms
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
